  • Recruitment

    Grosvenor is a leading recruitment agency for mental health nursing and care staff. We have developed ICT systems and practices to identify, attract and register qualified staff through the internet, national and local media and other resources, to meet each client’s needs promptly and efficiently.

  • Compliance

    Grosvenor verifies candidate compliance to ensure each nurse and HCA meets statutory requirements and industry standards. We carry out face-to face interviews and check and confirm credentials and qualifications for each candidate. This is mandatory before any bookings take place. We recruit and train our staff specifically for this key activity, to ensure the safety and security of our selection process.

  • Management

    Managing and placing temporary staff with our clients for assignments: this the primary work of our team of consultants. They are experienced in acquiring an understanding of each client’s staffing needs; then selecting from available medical and care personnel by matching qualifications and experience from our extensive database – supported by our advanced ICT system. All processes are fully compliant with Agency Worker Regulations*

  • Payment & Reporting

    Grosvenor is a member of the A24 Group, which is fully accountable to clients, supported by detailed reporting facilities for the range of services we provide. Grosvenor operates a system of validated time-sheets to account for all assignments booked with our clients,. We report on bookings and complete payment transactions using the latest technology, with full security.

Grosvenor Nursing ensures ease of operation of the AWR for each client. Our central AWR team (contact awr@a24group.com) deals with all AWR queries. Our dedicated IT systems are fully compatible with the necessary calculations and reporting - including the agency worker qualifying week and current break count requirements.
